Our bakery, tucked away in Norwich's Golden Triangle creates a range of fantastic bread.
Handmade by our small team of skilled, artisan bakers, we allow our bread a longer proving time to allow a fuller flavour to develop, which has the added benefit of making our bread more digestible as well as delicious.
You won't find any artificial additives, preservatives or flour improvers in any of our recipes, it's 100% natural and organic.
Choose from white and brown tin loaves, sourdoughs, Potato & Rosemary loaf and our famous ciabatta which is widely regarded as the best in Norwich.
